Hai friends here i am going to tweet some facts and known things about Electronics.I hope reading this will be helpful

*Resistance and Conductance are opposite to each other.Conductance means conducting and Resistance means restricting.
And this restricting is measured in ohms but what about Conductance...??Conductance also has unit and it is measured in mho that is opposite of ohm. :D
*Photo diode is always reverse biased. :D
*Which is used to emit which light in LED:
GaAs(Gallium Arsenide)-- invesible light(infrared).
GaP(Gallium phosphide)-- Red or green.
GaAsP --Red or yellow. :D
*Other names of some diodes==>
PN Diode-- Semiconductor diode.
Varactor diode--Vatican diode,Voltcap diode, Tuning diode.
Tunnel diode-- Esaki diode.
Shottky diode-- Hot carrier diode, Shottky barrier, Surface barrier.
Step recovery diode-- Snap diode. :D
*Depending upon components integrated, IC's are classified into --
SSI > 0-12
MSI > 13-99
LSI > 100-9999
VLSI > 10000-99999
ULSI > more than 100000 :D
*SSI- logic gates, flip flops.
MSI- adders, registers, encoders, multiplexers.
LSI- microcontroller, digital clocks, RAM's, ROM's.
VLSI- advanced microprocessors, memory chips.
ULSI- single chip computers, large memory chips. :D
*IMEI- International Mobile Equipment Identity. :D
