Now-a-days most DVDs are being designed in such a way that they are not be able to copy or share as it is illegal.

Content Scrambling System(CSS) decrypting software (such as DVD Decrypter) allows a region-specific DVD to be copied as an all-region DVD. It also removes Macrovision content protection, CSS, region codes, and user operation prohibition.
