Tab under 15 K...Help which one should I buy..?

I want to buy a tab but can't afford costly one.

It should play videos in all format. Clarity should b good for reading browsing purposes.
Only medium level games.
Wi-Fi & 3G support.
Large and good touch screen (7'')

Nice in speed (RAM and all stuff) and storage should be good....and relaible quality wise.

I recommend Reliance 3G Tab.

It is the best low-end tab among the ones available in the Indian market in my opinion.

But before purchasing it, make sure that there is some way to unlock it for using with operators other than Reliance!

^ Dude unlocking is your problem, or in other words, it's not appropriate to ask here. @Malay has already suggested the right choice to go for. As far as unlocking goes, it should be different post. But for the price point on 15K Reliance Tab is the best choice to go for.

It can be. But not in this thread. There is a difference.
Btw, there is no know rooting/unlocking of Reliance Tab in the market. But then, there is no rooting/unlock available for any other Tab under 15K.
